Our client in Winchester had a Sika-Trocal single ply roof which had finally reached the end of its lifespan aftering standing the test of time for 25 years. Bigwood Roofing were pleased to undertake the task of upgrading the original roof's 50mm of insulation and underachieving vapour control.

Improving roof insulation and vapour control

To increase the its weather resistance and durability, our Bigwood Roofing team roof upgraded the roof to a 150mm insulated warm roof with Alutrix vapour control layer and Alwitra VSK finish.
