For this new build house renovation project in Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Bigwood Roofing have been working alongside a new build company. The roofing project has involved some interesting angles and roof details that we're really happy to have worked on with a great outcome.

Warm roof insulation and dry system pitched roofing

The client chose a Sikaplan warm roof system for the flat roof, featuring a 150mm insulation build-up and the crucial vapour control layer. For the pitched roof areas, Marley Edgemere interlocking slate tiles have been installed, providing complete dry systems for the ridges, verges, valleys, and hips.

This continues to be a really nice project for our Bigwood Roofing team to work on, with the front elevation scheduled to be tackled soon! Keep your eyes peeled.
